Where is our data hosted, and is it safe?

Eloquens.ai and MyPersonas.ai are EU-hosted with GDPR-compliant data processing. US clients receive a standard DPA. No data is used to train public models — each deployment is isolated to your organization. Transport is TLS-encrypted; knowledge base encryption follows vendor standards. If HIPAA BAAs or specific residency is required, tell us on the discovery call.

How long does deployment take?

Licence activation: same day. Basic Eloquens deployment with email history migration: 3–7 days. Full MyPersonas persona tuning with custom integrations: 2–4 weeks. We handle the technical work end-to-end — your team spends less than 5 hours total during setup.

Do you offer ongoing support?
